New Member/CrossFit
An ADS, or Athlete Development Session is designed to educate new athletes on the foundational movements associated with group CrossFit classes. Athletes will learn the proper form and technique associated with gymnastics, weightlifting and rowing. Coaches will demonstarte safe and effective modifications for higher skill movements. Additionally, coaching staff will assess and address any range of motion and mobility issues at this time. Mobility classes are available free to members 2x's per month.
